Janet Ogden-Brackett

Associate Director at Nonprofits Assistance Fund.

Janet directs all program activities, manages the nonprofit loan program, and oversees the financial management of training and strategic financial counsel. In this capacity she brings further cohesion and integration to programming and services, helping the lending team assess each nonprofit’s unique financial situation and craft loans that best meet their immediate and long-term needs. As a loan officer, she assists individual nonprofits during the loan application, review process, and throughout the lifecycle of the loan. She also delivers training workshops and provides technical assistance on financial management topics to nonprofits throughout Minnesota. Prior to joining the Nonprofits Assistance Fund, Janet was Director of Operations and Financial Manager at Minnesota Environmental Initiative, where she oversaw the financial reporting, budgeting, and operational systems. She has a BA in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas. A graduate of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Leadership Institute, Janet serves on the board of directors for LegalCorps and Family Tree Clinic.

Melanie A. Full

Partner - Stinson Lenoard Street LLP

Melanie is a litigator who concentrates her practice on class action and business and commercial litigation of all types.  Having grown up in southern California, Melanie began her legal career at a large firm in Los Angeles, but moved to Minneapolis in 2011. She represents a variety of clients, including financial institutions, medical device companies, lenders, health care providers, family businesses, LLC’s, and individuals.  She also created and currently runs Stinson Leonard Street’s arts pro bono program which has represented more than 30 different artists or art organizations in variety of licensing and distribution agreements, business tort disputes, intellectual property disputes, first amendment protections, tax, and employment matters.   In addition to her work at Stinson Leonard Street, Melanie is actively involved in the Twin Cities arts community and in addition to serving on the TCFF board, she also serves as President of the Board for Springboard for the Arts, a community arts organization located in Saint Paul.  She is also advises the Walker Art Center Contemporaries and Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts. She is very proud to be a part of the Twin Cities Film Fest.

Susan Haugerud

Susan’s entrepreneurial spirit and appetite for adventure has been the catalyst for her involvement in funding and mentoring numerous start up companies/organizations.  As a founding partner and president of Galtere International Fund, a global commodities based hedge fund, Susan was thrilled with the challenge of building a business from the ground up.  Supporting Galtere’s vision and character was the catalyst to success, and to growing the company assets under management to in excess of $2 billion.  Susan also enjoys traveling for cultural enrichment and adventure.  Her travels have taken her through Greece, the mountains in Italy, Scandinavia, and Argentina, as well as the rain forest in Brazil.  Susan is proud to be a founding supporter of the TCFF.  She has believed in, and supported its mission and goals from the start.  Susan loves theater, film and the arts, and recognizes the positive impact they provide to a community.   Minnesota’s Twin Cities has so much to offer culturally, educationally, and historically – the challenge is in keeping it fresh, thereby enhancing growth.   TCFF is  one more asset that makes the Twin Cities so vibrant and such a great place to live, as well as  visit.  It brings another aspect to the area, providing for more opportunity to support the arts and entertainment in our community.   Susan is honored to be a member of the TCFF Board of Directors.

Jatin Setia

Executive Director – Twin Cities Film Fest

Being a recent recipient of the ’40 under 40′ Award from MSP Business Journal as well as being named as one of the ‘Real Power 50′ by MN Business Magazine, Jatin has been recognized by the professional community as a business leader and an innovator.  With the Twin Cities Film Fest, Jatin seeks to bring the community together in a celebration of the arts it deserves. Jatin currently sits on the Minnesota IFP Board of Directors serving as the Vice President as well as being a board member of the Twin Cities Actor Expo and the Twin Cities Film Fest. Being part of the Minnesota film community, he longs to give the Twin Cities an organization that highlights film-making as art.

Mark Steele is the VP of Production at Werc Werk Works where he was Co-Producer on Lawrence Kasdan’s DARLING COMPANION, Jill Sprecher's THIN ICE, Rob Epstein & Jeffrey Freidman's HOWL, and Todd Solondz's LIFE DURING WARTIME. Other producing credits include the recent documentaries THEO WHO LIVED, and SEMBENE!; Zachary Heinzerling's Oscar-nominated CUTIE & THE BOXER, and Michael Sladek's CON ARTIST. Mark is also an industry leading Post-Production Supervisor and has served as the technical and operations guru for various film festivals (e.g. Sundance, Tribeca, Telluride). Mark was a 2013 Trans-Atlantic Partners Producing Fellow and is a member of the Producers Guild of America
