The TCFF Film Fellows Program is designed to educate, motivate, and inspire up-and-coming collegiate level filmmakers for during the 2023 Twin Cities Film Fest in October 19-28th.

Who Can Apply?
Any post-secondary university, college or tech school student currently enrolled or graduated in the last year who has taken classes or is majoring in some aspect of film. This includes directing, producing, cinematography, screenwriting, animation, editing, FX, etc.
When Can I Apply?
Applications are now being accepted for the three-day immersive program, during the 2023 Twin Cities Film Fest.
