In a near-distant future, a lesbian couple tries to pass as straight while they attempt to flee to a safer part of America. In authoritarian China, a woman dares to take off her glasses and must face the consequences. But there’s a lighter side to Dystopia, from a mockumentary about a woman who sculpts tiny horses out of polymer clay to a romp through South Pasadena alongside a whistling milkman and rooftop peacocks. You never know what you’ll get in this wacky collection of short films.
