This documentary explores the abuse of power by the justice system and its failure to provide justice for Black people. In 2015, Jamar Clark was shot and killed by Minneapolis police in 61 seconds after they arrived on the scene. The story continues on the 3rd vigil on the night Jamar Clark was killed. One community residents asks, "how do you hold police accountable?"
