JANET OGDEN-BRACKETT
Former Associate Director at Nonprofits Assistance Fund.

Janet directed all program activities, manages the nonprofit loan program, and oversees the financial management of training and strategic financial counsel. In this capacity she brought further cohesion and integration to programming and services, helping the lending team assess each nonprofit’s unique financial situation and craft loans that best meet their immediate and long-term needs. As a loan officer, she assisted individual nonprofits during the loan application, review process, and throughout the lifecycle of the loan. She also delivered training workshops and provides technical assistance on financial management topics to nonprofits throughout Minnesota. Prior to joining the Nonprofits Assistance Fund, Janet was Director of Operations and Financial Manager at Minnesota Environmental Initiative, where she oversaw the financial reporting, budgeting, and operational systems. She has a BA in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas. A graduate of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Leadership Institute, Janet serves on the board of directors for LegalCorps and Family Tree Clinic.

Tracy Call is the Founder and CEO of Media Bridge Advertising®, a media buying, social, video production and creative agency founded on delivering maximum bang for the media buck.

JEFF HAYNE

Beginning with his first high school job at the Showcase Cinema 5 in Brookings, SD, Jeff has been working and involved in the movie business for over 20 years. Prior to living in Minneapolis, Jeff worked for an independent film and music distributor in Los Angeles, CA. In 2007, Jeff and his Wife Kathleen moved to Minneapolis when Jeff began working for Mill Creek Entertainment. Since that time, Jeff has overseen all of the company’s Film and Television acquisitions. Mill Creek is now the largest independent distributor of DVD and Bluray product in the World. In his role, Jeff has negotiated licensing agreements with Walt Disney Studios, Sony Pictures, NBCUniversal, CBS, Lionsgate and many, many more!

CORY LAKE
VICE President: Lake III Group Insurance
Cory Lake is CEO of Lake III Group Insurance.  Prior to establishing his brokerage, he owned and operated a global music business and music academy.  Cory advises on all aspects of personal and business lines of insurance and risk management, with an emphasis on emerging markets and networking within health, wellness, manufacturing, agribusiness, retail, entertainment and hospitality sectors. Actively involved in the community with his wife, Dr. Stephanie lake, Cory is spearheading an initiative with the boys and girls clubs of the twin cities to improve nutrition and decrease the incidence of preventable, chronic disease.  the lake family hosts its own fundraiser benefit this old horse, one of the most esteemed horse sanctuaries in the us, and Cory is also actively involved with the angel foundation, providing life-saving and emergency funds for individuals battling cancer.

MOLLY LITTMAN
Attorney

Molly Littman is an associate attorney at Gray Plant Mooty in Minneapolis, MN, representing client on a wide range of intellectual property enforcement issues. She focuses primarily on trademark, copyright, patent, and trade dress litigation in state and federal courts across the country, but also represents clients in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Proceedings (UDRP). Molly began focusing on intellectual property law while at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the law school’s intellectual property law review, Cybaris. Molly currently volunteers as a referral attorney for artists through Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts and Springboard for the Arts.

Ra’eesa Motala has been an Associate with Lee & Associates since its launch in 2016. Under the mentorship of Chris Garcia, Ra’eesa specializes in industrial manufacturing, supply chain and technology. She represents her clients in lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and development. Prior to Lee & Associates, Ra’eesa worked as a Business Manager with The Excelsior Group and later joined Chris’s team at CGC Commercial. During her time at The Excelsior Group, Ra’eesa developed a strong understanding of property management, acquisitions, business development, and strategic negotiations. Those skills were later applied to her role at CGC Commercial.

Executive Director – Twin Cities Film Fest

Being a recent recipient of the ’40 under 40′ Award from MSP Business Journal as well as being named as one of the ‘Real Power 50′ by MN Business Magazine, Jatin has been recognized by the professional community as a business leader and an innovator.  With the Twin Cities Film Fest, Jatin seeks to bring the community together in a celebration of the arts it deserves. Jatin currently sits on the Discover St. Louis Park Board of Directors serving as the chair elect as well as being a board member of the Twin Cities Actor Expo and the Twin Cities Film Fest. Being part of the Minnesota film community, he longs to give the Twin Cities an organization that highlights film-making as art.

Other producing credits include the recent documentaries THEO WHO LIVED, and SEMBENE!; Zachary Heinzerling’s Oscar-nominated CUTIE & THE BOXER, and Michael Sladek’s CON ARTIST. Mark is also an industry leading Post-Production Supervisor and has served as the technical and operations guru for various film festivals (e.g. Sundance, Tribeca, Telluride).
