Synopsis

In south Minneapolis, Somali sisters Hafsa and Sumaya run a secret matchmaking service called Woman Land. Hafsa, dreamy and introverted, leads the business while Sumaya dreams of leaving town after college. The service excites local women in their community while attracting judgment and trolls, all while the sisters try to hide it from their mother. Things get complicated when Hafsa's crush becomes a client's request, creating a rift between the life she's building and what she actually wants.
