Important Pass Information – Please read before purchasing

• Passes are sold through TCFF only and are NOT available for purchase through the theatre venues. A physical “punch card” pass will be sent to the mailing address included on your order. Passes MUST be redeemed at the theatre box office for reserved film tickets once film sales have opened starting late September. Passes cannot be redeemed online.
• Spotlight Passes are redeemable towards Spotlight, Opening, Centerpiece, and Closing Night films ONLY at Marcus West End Cinema until all allocated tickets on your pass are reserved. Excludes TCFF General Admission films.
• Silver, Gold, and Platinum Passes are redeemable towards TCFF General Admission films at Edina Mann Theatre and/or Marcus West End Cinema until all allocated tickets on your pass are reserved. Excludes Spotlight, Opening, Centerpiece, and Closing Night films.
• Seats are not guaranteed until reserved at the box office; choose films in advance for best selection.
• Passes expire on 10/25/2025. Passes have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Member discounts do not apply to Streaming or Spotlight Passes.
• TCFF, Mann Theatres, and Marcus Theatres are not responsible for lost or stolen passes, vouchers, or tickets.
• Streaming Passes will grant you access to all TCFF streaming films during the festival (Oct. 16-25).
