Important pass information

These conditions apply to 2026 TCFF passes.
Online purchase & redemption
Passes are sold through TCFF and must be redeemed online. Your seat is reserved only after redeeming the pass for a film.
General Admission passes
Silver, Gold and Platinum passes may be redeemed for General Admission films only. They cannot be used for Spotlight films.
Spotlight Pass
The Spotlight Pass is for Spotlight films only. It cannot be used for General Admission screenings.
Seat availability
Seats are not guaranteed until your pass is redeemed. Choose films in advance for the best selection.
Expiration & refunds
Passes expire October 24, 2026, have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Streaming availability
The Streams Pass covers available digital films during October 15–24. Some titles are geo-blocked to Minnesota or are theatrical only.
Member discounts
TCFF members receive 25% off Silver, Gold and Platinum passes through October 24. Spotlight and Streams passes are excluded.
Lost or stolen passes
TCFF, Mann Theatres and Marcus Theatres are not responsible for lost or stolen passes, vouchers or tickets.
