2023 Twin Cities Film Fest

The 2023 Twin Cities Film Fest will take place October 19-28th at the ShowPlace ICON Theatres in St. Louis Park, MN.

Our Series


This series includes films devoted to addressing a particular topic in the world each year. This year the topic is healthcare disparities.


Our newest series introduced in 2022, contains films devoted to addressing climate change, specifically emotionally eye-opening documentaries.


These films are made by women, about women, for women to ignite and spread women empowerment not only in the film industry but also world-wide.


Films that feature BIPOC filmmakers and content.


 Films that feature LGBTQ+ filmmakers and content


Films made by black filmmakers that tell the stories of black lives to empower the black community and close the gap in racial disparities.

MN Connected

Films that are filmed in Minnesota, produced or directed by a native Minnesotan (residency not required) or feature a native Minnesotan actor in a lead role.


The Twin Cities Film Fest will take place in a hybrid format – both online and in-person.

The Twin Cities Film Fest offers a relaxing, spacious venue for the public, filmmakers, attendees and supporters to gather before and after screenings for most evenings of the festival. The lounge is open to 21+ and offers complementary beverages and snacks.
