5:30 PM Red Carpet arrival (doors open)
5:30 PM -7:00 PM Cocktail Hour, Silent Auction, Predict the Ballots, Raffle entries, Photos, Dinner (VIP)
7:15 PM Predict Ballots Due
7:30 PM Viewing Party
9:30 PM Silent Auction Closes
10:30 PM Event Concludes
